It's a basic app. One thing it largely lacks is the ability to remember username/email. Can't talk you the last app that didn't have that function. Also would be great to have touchID

I have tried multiple times to create an account. It continues to say error, check your email and try again. There is nothing wrong with my email, but I tried my other email address, and I received the same error message. The error page does not give you a customer service number to call if you've followed all directions and your problem is still not resolved so I am unable to utilize this service. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am very disappointed with the recent change to this insurance. While they are noble in trying to make positive changes in healthcare, we as patients are being left as guinia pigs while they continue to make changes and implement their "brilliant" plans that nobody can utilize.

This app is terrible and needs to be updated. I have only been able to login once and now it tells me my info is invalid/not found. Then when I do a password reset it says no email found. Also if I try to re-register it say account created with my email already!

I had difficulty searching for an in-network provider online (couldn't remember how to find the website to search), so I figured I'd try the app. At first it crashed 4 times just trying to click "register", then once I was finally able to input everything.. my information was "invalid" !! How could it be invalid on a NEW registration? Just trying to find a doctor !! Ugh

I was able to login to my account, but once logged in, the app freezes and becomes completely unusable.
