Why not answering?

I used the app. and it was working perfect, but after I changed my phone, I was surprised that I can’t not log in, and also I can’t create a new account and all my records and expenses disappeared, I tried to contact customer service to inquire, but they don’t respond to me as if they are ignoring me

Not able to restore data or login with username and password . No response from developer also. Very disappointed with premium purchase .
Doesn’t sync

Used the app for YEARS and then lost everything when it doesn’t sync. I got a new phone and tried to sync my account and lost everything from the last year. Apparently the “auto sync” function doesn’t actually work, and neither does trying to manually syncing. Won’t be using this app again.
Does not sync transactions

Recently had to get a new I phone and the complete restore did not carry over any transactions. Years of data lost!!!!

Looks like this app is abandoned and the developer make a new app that looks exactly like this. There’s a huge sync issue in this app but they just don’t care to fix it.
fix it already when you delete an account it keeps coming back
