Info not accessible on new phone

I love this app but it has a major discrepancy. I logged into the app on my new phone and my info did not transfer/sync. Only some of the info from my old phone transferred. One should be able to access the same info by logging into the app from a different device. This is hugely inconvenient. As suggested, I tried to transfer my info from my old phone into my computer, to transfer it to my new phone but there’s still a lot of info missing in my new phone. I’ve been loving this app but I can’t go through this every time I change phones unless a solution for this is created.

I have been using expense tracking apps for almost 4 years and have tested quite a few in the process. Its been almost one and a half year that i switched to pocket expense because of its beautiful interface, categories and above all multiple accounts with transfer option. I was little bit disappointed when i was unable to backup my data but being a free app , cant complain much. This app perfectly served me through out however because of its poor rating and negative reviews i honestly have attempted to find some other better app, but to date i haven't been able to find any other better than this. Only issue for me is late /poor response from developers in case of any issue, but i myself haven't had any problem. To me this is the best finance app uptil now and definitely deserves a better rating. A definite 5 star app for me.

Excellent for Manually Entering Transactions

This is by far the best app I’ve seen so far that requires manual entry for all transactions. I’ve tested about ten apps. I love the clean interface and the ability to customize and visualize where your money is going and when.

Very Buggy

This app is extremely buggy. It refreshes or updates itself and restores lines already erased. I am frustrated with it because it worked really good up until about September 2017. Please fix bugs, all other apps didn't compare to this app until recently.

How can you call your software full-featured financial software if it doesn’t support different currency within different accounts? Please add ability to use different currency for each account. Then it would be really great app. ?

Balance totals don’t match!

I would have told you this app was amazing until I realized my running balance and the larger balance at the top of the account did not match up. This may not be a big deal, or there may be a perfectly good explanation for this, however I can find no where to get support. I just paid for the premium version but will have to find something else.
