I love the game and characters but I can’t get onto the chat for nothing ????? and it’s super laggy

So, Pocket Chibi is so fun! I love all of the cute people! But I have an issue. One time I made a cute family and a random person. Then I had to leave. When I got back on, All of my characters reseted! And every time I join and make characters and leave, they reset. 3 stars. Please fix this issue.

So I got this mostly because of the chat but when I press the button, it just says “blah blah blah you don’t have internet or database” or something like that but I have perfect connection and I can’t get into the chat I don’t know why! If you know why this is happening tell me please. Thanks for reading Edit: I JUST RE GOT THE APP AND IT KEEPS SAYING I SHOULD CUSTOMIZE A CHIBI BUT I LITERALLY CUSTOMIZED ALL THE ONES AVAILABLE WHAT THE HECK?!?!?!

I like how you get 500 gems at start, the dress up and suff. It was so good that I got this game this is really good and I hope you make another one. It’s all good except one part. When I left and re joined I HAD TO STaRT OVEr. I can’t make an account so all I’m saying is I don’t like the accounts so please fix. Thank you. ?

The chat is the reason I have this app. Idk if it was bc some ppl were being very nsfw in RP 10 but not everyone was like that. I met many amazing people here. Irene, if ur reading this, I miss you. Okay, so, the chat isn’t working now. And it has been like this before. So many people want to see their friends, and I do too. A lot of people play this game, and they want to see their friends. I understand if it’s because of RP 10, but other people aren’t like that. So please, fix the chat. It’s the reason why people play this app, and the game in general. Also, I wish you raised the gems higher to 1,000 gems when you first purchase the app.

I redownloaded this twice. I even tried using my restore to get my things back. But the chat just wouldn’t work. Nor did the restore. It changed my code and well...I just found that annoying.. I don’t have anything against it honestly! It just needs a bit of fixing here and there.. It’s a really well made game! I used to chat on this all the time until... well you know everything just kind of stopped working? I used to really love coming home from school and chatting away with the Danganronpa fans! Even the naruto ones too! MHA, and well more.. But Luni please fix this game! It’s well made and one of my favorite chat apps to speak on! But now that I literally lost everything I had......I don’t know if I’ll ever return to playing this.. It just needs a few fixes and well it’ll be good as new! Thanks for reading this?
