This app is BEAUTIFUL. I love it but I bought Pocket Chibi Deluxe and the 10,000 gems package and I clicked back on the app and it was all gone!! What do I do!!?? I SPENT AROUND $20 AND ITS GONE ?

I almost immediately fell in love with this app. It was adorable and of good quality! I decided to buy some gems. I was messing with the features and eventually, my game crashed...Everything completely reset, and I was only able to get back my first purchase of more slots and the bonus gems. I spent about 11 dollars, which isn’t too bad, but I’m still extremely disappointed and mad! When I say reset, I mean I was back to square one. None of my avatars saved, and as I previously mentioned, my gems were gone.

So my friend showed this to me the other night, and I instantly fell in love with it. The only thing keeping me from giving it five stars is the fact that when I leave, sometimes my progress gets reset, and I lose my gems and characters. Please fix this, I wait patiently for the gems and don’t want to lose them anymore

This game is fun. It's cute and addicting. One problem. You close the app, everything is gone. Please fix this. It's very frustrating.

Resets so DONT buy things

Don’t buy gems or anything cause if you close the app after u buy gems the game will reset on you so unless they fix it it’s not worth doing much

I love the idea of this game. Creating, dressing chibis, making little comics out of them. I liked it enough I purchased the 3.99 update to remove adds. Since then, I have lost all gems I have earned and spent ... twice. The lotto option randomly disappears when I’m on internet/WiFi, and anytime I close the app, I lose all progress I had made. Please please please update the app with a connect to Facebook save or something that can prevent the contestant loss of data. Today alone I lost around 1500 crystals I had earned. Please beware if purchasing any crystals!
