Won’t let me log in keeps saying i need at least one letter in my password when i have more than one i don’t know what happened when they updated it cuz i used to work just fine but the update only made it impossible to use please fix

The app doesn’t even work. Won’t even let me sign up for the app itself. Had my card and I’ve never been able to check anything on the app. I have to log into the website to check my balance.

I have tried several times to set up my account, but it's not allowing me to. I received my car 3 days ago and have not yet been able to use the app.

It’s impossible to sign in to the app. You’re supposed to enroll with the app after its downloaded but it still gives me errors. It’s easier to just use the website.

This app needs to be updated in the worst way. I cant even log in half the time and I feel like PNC should take a page from BB&T they have a similar account but you can do so much more with it and can do deposits and all and the app stays updated with no issues. PNC needs to get it together and update everything with their smart access accounts

I rate this 0. Does not work spent literally 2 hours with support to get no where. Yes I have my card I know my name and email and apparently I’m wrong. What a waste!

It won’t allow me to access my account anymore. Give me an error msg for the last last month that Update: they’re unable to access the account & try later.
