How does a large company like PNC not have a team that can work on this? It has been 2 years since the last update. I am having trouble accessing on my new 11 iPhone.

If you can’t login to your Account it means the app is just a trash.

Downloaded and never successfully loggeg in my 401k with this app even though I don’t have any problems when logging in on my laptop. This app is just a piece of junk, useless!

Same as below

Disgruntled PNC app user guy

Like other users - once you log-in, attempt clicking on the few options there are, app crashes. Try repeatedly, continues to occur. Virtually worthless app other than viewing balance. Use the website...

Can't log in

UMDStudent

The one positive review left me pretty skeptical. This app was recommended to me by a PNC employee. I couldn't even log in, so I can't comment on the entirety of the app. I couldn't make it past the first screen. Someone got paid to create an app that performs this badly?

This app has been broken for the better part of 1 1/2 years, yet the great PNC can't seem to fix it. What a flipping joke. People, do not waste one minute of your time on this app. I will be moving my funds into a more reputable operation at first opportunity. Major Fail is being given to PNC on this one.

Cannot log in

Worthless login procedure. It's not my username and password because those work on my mobile browser as well as my desktop computer. I'm going to have to agree with everyone else and ask why PNC hasn't focused energy on creating a good mobile solution for their customers. Every other banking/brokerage firm I've dealt with is superb compared to this. Only reason I'm even here is because of my employer's 401k plan. Maybe I should just encourage them to switch providers. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
