Don’t waste your time

After reading 2 year old reviews stating people can’t log in, I thought for sure they’d have it fixed by now. Nope, still can’t login to app. Just login on the website and forget this junk.

Does not recognize my username and password even though I am able to login using a browser just fine... PNC has technology from the Stone age.

Like all of the most recent reviewers I tried to login with my web-based credentials that work every time and I get a message saying they are not recognized. PNC try reading these reviews and update the app so that we can use it. Until you see a recent review from someone stating that they can login to the app don’t waste your data plan downloading this pseudo-app

Literally one of the most inconvenient ways to manage your portfolio. I am using a IPhone X and I’ve literally only been able to login to the app twice. I called customer service and they told me I had to use the website. What’s the purpose of the app then? The app doesn’t register valid login information for whatever reason

This app is horrible. It doesn’t work. You can’t log-in. I closed my PNC bank account as a consequence of my frustration. Unfortunately my employer uses PNC for retirement accounts so stuck with this. But must go on a desktop to monitor my account.
