Could be a cable tv killer

I have this on my Roku player and my iPhone. I really like it. I'm on the fence now as to whether I should go ahead and cut the cable cord. With the combination of this and Sling TV who needs cable. Very good app indeed.

So buggy. Stations often do not load. Bizarre design decision to make you rotate your iPad to portrait in order to use the channel guide. If I'm using the iPad as a TV, I don't want to have to rotate it back and forth. Furthermore, it often rotates back the wrong way, leaving you with an upside down video. Blah.

I love all the channels but some have a lot of rebuffering pauses (inconsistent from channel to channel) and there are some big volume issues with too quiet shows and too loud commercials. The MST3K channel and the new Samsung ad are good examples.

I watch Pluto on Apple TV. The app often fails. I get this message: Houston we have a problem and asks me to retry. Usually no luck after several retrys. Commercials cut off before finishing. No favorites list. Can't pause. Glitzy, but glitz doesn't beat quality. Way too many commercials too. They can blast your speaker unless you use automatic volume control.

I fell on this one Sunday and I thought what. Good idea.. It needs a little work because it will freeze up while looking threw the guide and I'll reboot, but all in all its grate 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the app- needs volume regulation

Okay, just a brief review. I love being able to turn on this app and listen to things in the background. But PLEASE do something about the volume differentiation between some shows and the ads. On my Apple TV, I have to alter the volume 15-20...levels (notches?) for ads because they are so loud. And, let's face it, the ads roll through pretty frequently, so this does get a little annoying.

Needs more diversity

I suppose if you're a skateboarder or a surfer you'll love this app, but for the rest of us it needs more diversity. Would love to see more sports channels, and maybe some channels with more modern movies.

Pluto TV will POSSIBLY soon be the reason why my family will cut the cable/satellite. As of for now we are still hooked with DirecTV and if Pluto TV expands to be the Spotify for TV with channels like CNN,ABC,TNT,FX,FXX,TBS,NBA,NFL and etc. This will definitely revolutionize how TV is delivered and even better for free with advertisements to support Pluto TV and the Tv stations. But as of now keep up the good work Pluto TV????
