Too many ads.

For every 15 minutes of a show, you get 5 minutes of ads. So simply put too many ads outweigh any benefits. 100% deleted. Save your self some time and just rent what you want for 1-2$. This is a horrible service that doesn’t care about the people that use it. Take a look. The number one complaint is the amount of ads. It’s all the time.
A lot of channels but locks up too often

I’ve used Pluto for several years. The selection of channels is great!!! Thank you for continuing to add new channels. Within the last 9 months, the app on both my iPad and iPhone locks up when first accessed in the morning. 8/10 times I end up having to delete it and download it again ????Very irritating!!!! Also, some channels only show the same 10 episodes over and over and over and over. Overall, a great no cable option but please fix the bugs.
It’s stopped working

I’ve tried opening it several times and I don’t even get the rainbow Pluto introduction. It just gives me a black screen like it’s trying to load and then returns to my main screen. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling in addition to rebooting my device. Still nothing. It was literally working just hours ago.
Great app, not stable

Currently crashes before it can even open. Otherwise, really good selection of nostalgic shows and tons of free movies.
On demand - commercials overwhelmingly

Any time you try and rewind or fast forward, it plays minutes of commercials, even if it’s rewinding just 15 seconds. And if you stop at the wrong place, you have to wait until the commercials are done before it will let you rewind or fast forward again. What a pain!!!
App not working

I’m upset because the app just quit working the other day. I’ve tried getting support to help but not having any luck. I even deleted and reloaded to see if that helped but it didn’t. Someone please help.
App doesn’t load

Once the app updated today, I’m no longer able to open the app. I click on it and it tries to load but closes right away. I have an iPhone 6 and doesn’t work but it works on iPhone 12. I love PlutoTV and watched everyday. I miss it.
