On demand - commercials overwhelmingly – Pluto TV: Watch & Stream Live Review

Any time you try and rewind or fast forward, it plays minutes of commercials, even if it’s rewinding just 15 seconds. And if you stop at the wrong place, you have to wait until the commercials are done before it will let you rewind or fast forward again. What a pain!!!
