Absolutely will never ever use or recommend this app, every single notification I got for any and all of my items was from a scammer. It was the same story every time. “Hi I’m Interested, oh I’m not in town right now you’re going to have to ship it out to me. Do you accept PayPal?” Some of the people that contacted me didn’t even ask about the item they were simply extremely insistent I send them an email to talk about the items or that I text them on their personal number. I’ve had my fair share of experience on these types of selling apps and I’m telling you guys right now that this app is a complete scam. stuck to “offer up” and “let go” the people on those are at least real people trying to make an honest purchase.

Seems like this app doesn’t have many users, so there are fewer opportunities to sell. You get to post four photos, which is not enough to provide accurate information in many cases. Within 24 hours, I was peppered with bogus bot messages. One positive: the number of categories available to describe merchandise.

Uploaded the app over a month ago, but I have done 0 sales so far. The only msgs I get is from scammers. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Final update before deleting app: I have not opened this app for several months, but decided to try one last time today. Although I was clearly logged on, it kept telling me to sign in. I logged out, only to find out that the only way to log back in, is via Facebook! I want the option to sign in using email, and do not appreciate being forced use facebook! This is the last straw for me! I will delete this bogus app right after updating my review. It is now July, and I have yet to be contacted by a legitimate buyer. Only scammers asking me to email them. It really gets annoying, and there is no way to delete the notifications, so I have close to 100 blocked scammers. The the 5 star reviews posted here are in Spanish, and they are FAKE! Probably the scammers themselves. Such a shame, as everything about the construction of this app is wonderful, but it's a breeding ground for scammers. User friendly, easy navigation, but NO LEGIT BUYERS! UPDATE: I sell on 4 other buy/sell apps, and make many sales. I've come to the conclusion that Plaza is a FAKE app! There, I've said it. Love the layout, it's very user friendly, but it's now 24 March, and not one legit buyer to date. However, tons of SPAMMERS!! No one sells or buys on this app, and I cannot work out what purpose it serves? 20 Jan., still waiting for a response from support team. BTW, since the recent update, app CRASHES within 30 seconds of opening it! Please FIX! 17 Jan., Still have not received a response from support team! Hellooooo, anyone from support there? ??♀️ I've just downgraded from 4 Stars to 2. I have been on two other buy/sell apps for a few years now, and it's not normal to NEVER, EVER get one buy request! I'm questioning if this app is real or just pretend. Not that I want to hear from scammers and low ballers, but no one? Support never responds back, so I'm very perplexed. The ⭐️⭐️ are for user friendliness of this app, and I love that we can bump up our items. Other than that, I have yet to get notified from an interested buyer. Plaza sends me notifications to check out my own stuff, but nothing else. Very strange. ?

I can’t even get beyond the splash page without having an issue and that is the lack of choice to use the app in landscape. What make developers think that people only want to use their apps in portrait view? Have you ever actually sat on a sofa or in bed and tried to use your app? Have you tried it on an iPad? If you’re at a table or desk it may be just fine to use portrait but for lounging around, no. Do your users a favor and make it possible for them to use this as they prefer. That will earn you more stars ⭐️ from me, for sure.
