Can’t hear anything

I downloaded the app for my son. I absolutely love the overall appearance of the app. But my son told me he couldn’t hear anything. That’s when I check to see if it was just a volume issue, but no. I have gone to my settings see if is just a settings matter but couldn’t find the issue. I don’t know what’s the issue.

Really want to love this app but sometimes the volume doesn’t work, or just stops working in the middle of play… makes for a very frustrating experience. App removed.
Started off Fine but....

I’ve had this on my iPad for a while and it was great. However when I tried downloading it on my phone, the sound wouldn’t work at all. And now the sound refuses to work on my iPad. I’ve tried restarting my phone and the iPad. Redownloading the app. Nothing works. The sound is just busted. Idk if they need to do a new update or something, but this app is pretty much useless now
