Can’t hear anything – Play Phone for Kids Review

I downloaded the app for my son. I absolutely love the overall appearance of the app. But my son told me he couldn’t hear anything. That’s when I check to see if it was just a volume issue, but no. I have gone to my settings see if is just a settings matter but couldn’t find the issue. I don’t know what’s the issue.
