Love app but has issues

Love all the trivia but what is driving me nuts is that app freezes up way to much to make it fun for a long period of time

I love it !!! I love Disneyland so very much !! And so does my children who are grown up now and I have a grandson who is 5 yrs old . My daughter 26 yrs and my son is 19 yrs old . We had a very hard life . Trying to fight to live daily. And Disneyland had made it possible to be able to be a kids again and have family time and to be able to live life in peace and Joy and together we got to experience life in a very special way and you brought that home to us available on our phones in someways you make us feel at home so thank you Disneyland .

It’s ok but maybe you should but consider that the app is for kids. and if your under age you can’t ever make an account. on the devise again so say a kid try’s to make an account. and it blocks them from doing so or a parent try’s to make a account. and she uses the kids age she can’t and if you delete the app and download it again it still blocks you. I know it’s for kid safety but what is is the point if it doesn’t have communication features. so many before making it to where a kid can never play it if they make one mistake isn’t the best idea. and you might say that you can still play without an account. well barely most of the features are blocked if you don’t.

My family and I love this app! It’s great for when we’re waiting in lines at Disney World or when we’re home!

You removed the splash mountain game disappointing it hasn’t been updated yet and I’m still upset that Disney is changing it but you didn’t have to remove the game yet you should have removed it when they updated it if I could I would give O stars and it glitches a lot it kicks me out all the time worst Disney app ever SORRY DISNEY BUT YOU HAVENT WROTE ME BACK SO I DELETE NOW
Deleted all my achievements

Ever since the update I haven’t been able to use the app or see my achievements. It doesn’t even show my player name just player1. And when I try to play a game it will not open just sits on the screen. I’ve tried signing out and signing back in but that did not fix anything. I was not having problems before this. Please fix this I have so much time dedicated within this app I would hate to delete over these bugs but it’s basically unusable in its current state.
Achievements missing
Azerlight
After the latest update (2.0.0) all my achievements are missing and many of the experiences wont load including the Galaxy’s Edge Data Pad. Hopefully all of my progress isn’t lost. Don’t update if you want to keep what you’ve earned!

We’re at WDW, location is on, wifi is on, it just never loads for me. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Pick a game and it just circles over and over ?
