Great games and map, but has trouble loading

Title says it all, the Rise of the Resistance game is a fantastic in-queue experience, the maps of the parks are very cute and imaginative. But, the app constantly crashes or simply won’t load.

My name is Vivienne and I am 7. Disney Play is quite nice because it has many options to play on it. But one time, the instructions didn’t quite make much sense, but still, Disney Play is very fun, so I would rate Disney Play 4 stars. Thank you Disney Play!

Tried to play but kept saying I was out of range but I was in the line for the ride. Enjoyed last time but can’t play today.

Even in the parks it’s barely responding sometimes. The park Wi-Fi doesn’t help
