There’s just no way this game deserves the amount of money it is asking for. At $5 per premium plant, you could spend around $100 easily. That isn’t even enough money to start leveling up your plants. For $100 you probably won’t get enough seed packets to level a single plant to max level. Aside from all of that, the game is fun. I enjoy playing through the levels for the most part. I guess another issue I saw was that for the number of worlds that there are in the game, there is very little variety when it comes to the zombies. There are maybe 4 or 5 unique zombies per world, and in each world you have to play through around 20 levels. Once you beat the first Zomboss fight in each world, you aren’t really able to continue until you’ve either spent hundreds of dollars on the game or have grinded for hundreds of hours to earn enough seed packets to level your plants. In the end, it’s not nearly as much about strategy as the first game was. It’s about this company trying to steal our money through lazy ideas.

Addictive and fun with brilliant animation but beware, it is very expensive to play competitively. There are also a few bugs and very annoying manipulations of scores. For example, It’s very frustrating to play a battle with the exact strategy and have the score vary by 600,000 points. Every single time I have 8 wins in a row, wallah my score is half of my normal score and I lose my progress ...unless I use gems to continue. Super predictable, super fixed and extremely frustrating. Another annoying bug is that if you watch an advertisement it flips the screen upside down at the end. And another bug is that when you play an inzanity challenge after each game it does not return you to the screen with that challenge, it returns you sometimes to the battle screen and others to the daily challenges screen, either way you have to navigate back to the inzanity challenge. Overall a fun game but truly the scoring manipulations to get players to spend money is so annoying and $5 for a plant each week to play challenges competitively is outrageous. I’ve been so annoyed by these manipulations in the game that I’ve deleted it for many months at a time, one day it will be for good.

This game is still great but pushing micro transactions hard and shoving an add down your throat after almost every level now. Kind of sad. It was cool when it just offered free gems if you wanted to watch an add for them but now after most levels you get a full screen add with a tiny exit button which isn’t enabled for a few seconds. Guess this is what you get when EA gets involved.

i dont think Snow Pea should cost $4.99 its an essental i have an idea sell three different premieum plants for $4.99 instead of only one or lower the prices besides that i love this game just as much as the first one

I love this game but there are some issues..

I love the this game don’t get me wrong, but I noticed some things that could be fixed to improve it. To begin with I noticed the game is just slow. For example when you go to check on your zen garden, it takes a while for it to load. This also happens in other transitions. I could be wrong, this may not be the game it self I may just have bad internet. Next I think adding more worlds would make the game so much better! I have had this game for a few years on different devices, but I decided to delete all my old accounts and start new so I wouldn’t have to wait for a new world to come out. That’s just my opinion, there are so many options of what themed world there could be! So just a update that gives a new world would be amazing! To end on a positive side one thing that I think is wonderful about the game is how some levels give you objectives. It can teach (young children) to problem solve. So for example: one level in the Ancient Egypt world gives you a certain amount of sun to use, and you have to place all the plants before the level starts. So getting to the point, if the first way doesn’t work you can adjust your plan to complete the level. Overall I think this game is amazing! The game is great for all ages and is a great source of entertainment! With just a few tweaks this game can be even better than it is to begin with! I hope this helps :)

I love this game but sometimes I really want the plants you have to pay for, like snow-pea, I had all the plants while playing on the computer and I really miss them. That’s weird. I miss a plant. But otherwise, I love it! It’s great and there is new and amazing things pretty much everyday. But there is also something weird that happens when I don’t play for two or three weeks, it does this whole loading thing that takes like, ten minutes. That’s a long time if you want to play it. I don’t know if that’s my iPad’s fault, or if it’s part of the game, but I don’t like it. Awesome game. ???
