Screen sensitivity

Hof1477

It’s really frustrating when you have to tap the screen multiple times to select your combat and when your trying to defeat a level. I like the original pvsz better. Unfortunately the levels, plants, and advancement does not apply to the first version. It’s also irritating that u have to complete certain levels before u get certain plants. The battle field games r annoying especially when ur trying to level up vs actually obtain a certain abilities for certain plants. This version gets old, frustrating, and annoying. I’m not going to pay money for extra seeds or for specialty plants. Time to look for a new game.

Still has not fixed economy

OldManYellsAtClouds

With every update I wait for there to be some fix for the gold requirements for this game, and I continue to wait in vain. Long diatribe begins here: Back in ye olden times, before plant upgrading was a thing, gold was used for in-stage power ups. These cost ~1000 gold for a brief but powerful effect that could turn the tide of a close fought stage. And it was slow to earn gold; a particularly generous stage might yield you 300 gold, if you were lucky with gold coin drops. This made power ups rare to use, and rightly so. Enter plant upgrades, a welcome addition with an unwelcome cost. Starting at hundreds of gold, the costs quickly ramp up to thousands, and then tens of thousands. With a revamp of ad rewards (500 gold per view), the early going is not obviously a problem. But there are limits to how many ads you can watch (seemingly random; one day you might be able to see a dozen ads but only two ads the next. That’s a difference of several thousand gold, gold which disappears quickly tens of thousands at a time). And with every release bringing more plants, with each upgrade level adding more to the cost, with new costumes sold directly for gold (admittedly better than the previous method: offered as a “random” prize at the end of a piñata stage), each such option only adds to an already overburdened economic system that wasn't designed to handle such volume in the first place. A good stage still wins you the same hundred odd gold it has since the beginning (with an “average” stage offering half that), in an environment now measured in tens of thousands to spend every day. That’s 10-100 plays every day, just to keep up everyday spending. That’s the time equivalent of a part time job. You could choose not to buy your upgrades, but in a world where PvP has been enabled, casual playing is punished twice: by not being able to afford your upgrade, and then being beaten by the people who can. And there are several possible solutions, one of which is already implemented in the game and largely abandoned: diamonds. This was once the cash currency of the game, and the rarest plants required diamonds to purchase. Yetis were a much prized target in those days, as one of the few ways to get diamonds without buying them for cash. But with the implementation of direct cash purchase premium plants, nowadays there are no more diamond plants added in new releases. So after buying all of the existing diamond plants, the uses for diamonds are almost nonexistent (with the rare exception of a plant costume that pops up here and there). This means that diamonds are at that point functionally worthless. Since you can get 3 diamonds for viewing the same ad as 500 gold, diamonds _should_ be 167 times more valuable... yet they are useless. According to the cash shop, you can get 1800 diamonds for the same $99 that can get you 350,000 gold; diamonds _should_ be 195 times more valuable... yet they are useless. Here then is a (partial) solution: make diamonds useful again. In the same way that mints are in demand because they are a useful currency, give diamonds meaningful purchasing power again. Just a simple “level up your plant for 10k gold OR 50 diamonds” can help alleviate the current overwhelming demand for gold. Granted, this doesn’t actually solve the underlying issue (namely: the gold rewards offered, being unchanged from five years ago, are grossly unable to keep up with the continually increasing demands that have been piled upon it in the intervening years). But it can help at least a little, it is already in the game, and it provides a use for a currency that is currently useless. TL;DR: Give more gold in game. Use diamonds for more stuff.

Cool game 1 question

I was wondering about the fabric of reality I was wondering if there is going to be a store area that lets you grant access to the other regional exclusive worlds my idea is that you could buy the worlds with coins mints diamonds or real money depending on the world the reason I ask this is because i heard that there is going to be a steam punk world in the Chinese version of this game but other wise 10/10 a real awesome job it would be a higher chance to have more funds for the production of plants vs zombies 3 keep up the good job

Everything’s great about this game the fact you can shoot food at zombies is hilarious the graphics are great I have played all the games in the series to plants vs zombies 1 and to garden warfare two I’m still mad about them not adding doom shroom though any ways it’s a good game love it so cool.

Very Good But Needs Part 3

Ꭲ̵ⲏⲉⴽᥱᥲℓ?ǝ???

Hey I completed Modern Day and when the new battles came out it was very good news but I realize there is only easy and then medium mode I want part 3 plz and I don’t like how you can’t use your plants to defeat the Boss levels made Hard mode please and I think you should add a plant that is very quick. The boss fight is easier than modern day 30 great work on Frostbite boss level it is kind of hard but it wasn’t enough I want more hard how about you add another world that’s called Zombie Land with Difficulty SUPER EXTRA HARD? I really liked your game but It was the end till I completed modern day 43 Modern day is medium easy and I’m sorry that everyone hates octopus’s and wizard zombie thanks for no voilent and who ever made this game is very nice and selfless the plants are only 5$! Thx a lot but I want hard mode and extra hard mode not just easy mode and medium mode plz read this very nice update I think it needs more plants and the bad thing is Modern Day Plants are better than premium plants when they have moon flower! And what happend to Zombot!!! I miss that guy! Make more worlds atleast 3 more worlds and I will be very happy! Also needs more tacos! I like the “blah blah blah” thingy how about a robot zombie that shoots cannon? Thanks!

Plants vs Zombies 2

Once, a 5-Star game for me ... but since new Battlez update, I’m not so happy. I’ve invested so much time and money in Premium Plants and Piniatas that made the game more fun, but now, it costs more to be competitive, but is less much less enjoyable! I won’t continue to play if I can’t upgrade where needed but without further pressure or excessive financial investment. I prefer to forego Battlez, but am forced to interact with it anyway, or give up PvZ2! Why not make Battlez a separate entity like the Vases mini-game? Or better still, make it a full game by itself, like Heroes, thereby giving players choices ... NOT forcing it on those who aren’t fans of Battlez and the changes to PvZ2. Also, why don’t purchased Bundles apply to all profiles, as advertised? This is ruins the value and satisfaction of this otherwise great game, and is a major ripoff, intended or not!
