Not only does the app return “oops something went wrong” everytime we try to use our rewards, the contact form for reviews text is white on a white background. I had to type this review in a notepad before copy pasting.

I have no arms and can only type with my toes took me 45 minutes to type this make it moe Easy to order less typing.

Store won’t let you use points

0/10 over half the time the app doesn’t work when you want to redeem points. Other times I have to put in my order twice in order for the app to take it. Then I call the store and let them know the app doesn’t work and they won’t let me use my points to redeem discounts. They even hung up on me when I asked. They don’t honor what they say they will do.

Ordering the pizza was easy enough but all the extra garbage that comes with the Pizza Hut rewards was annoying and in the end I couldn’t log in to my old account.

The nacho cheese sauce is not in the app and my local store seems to forget to add it to the order even though I call to add it every time. Very frustrating please just add it to the app!!!!!
