This app is great except for whatever reason the gluten-free pizza is not available on it. You need to order that through a web browser.

Preorder function is not working

I tried to preorder several times but the system did not let me order it at the time I wanted. I had to wait until the store opened. In other words the preorder function may not be working as it should.

My experience with Pizza Hut is a mixed bag. I love the taste of your pizza and I have many good memories at Pizza Hut. Still, I’ve felt frustrated with your lack of follow through in clearing up financial issues, with the service now with your website which has provided me an opportunity to reflect on many things. I hope you will review your records and set things right. I will do the same. I will appreciate it if you begin to deliver to my current address at 520 McLernon Trace Unit 105, Johns Island, SC. I previously lived in Boone, NC where I had an issue with paying back for a check that had bounced. I’m hoping that will lead you in the right direction in clearing this up. Until then, I suppose I will be using Dominos or another local pizza place. Thank you. Heather Teague
burnt pizza

2nd time in a row ordering a $50+ meal. Neither order was right and both were burnt. Ridiculous. Update 11/01/20 another $40 order that they got wrong and it’s burnt. AGAIN. How hard is it to get a order right.

We have ordered a lot of pizza from this store off Nolensville and every time (I mean EVERY time) our order is correct, prepared on time, AND the employees are kind! We always use the app to order and the drive through window for pick up. They are knocking it out of the park over there!
Can’t redeem points

Every time I try to redeem my points it says something went wrong. Guess I’ll just order from someplace else for now on.
