I downloaded the app to see if it could fix red eye in a picture of mine. It failed to do so, so I deleted the app that night (day 1 of the free trial). I NEVER used the app yet they still charged me $25 for it. I want a refund.

I want a refund you charged me full access twice and it is bogus. If I hit the purchase button it should say PURCHASED. Cheaters robbers trick you into being charged again. REFUND.

I have cancelled this subscription before the subscription renewal deadline but have still been charged for it. I have looked all over the braincake.net and cannot find where I can email to ask for my money back. I need specific instructions on who i can contact to get my money back from this app.

I downloaded a new version on January 1st 2019 to touch up one photo from Nee Year’s Eve, and the app didn’t work. I proceeded to uninstall the app right after. On January 8th 2019 I received a $25 plus tax receipt. I UNINSTALLED THE APP WHY WM I STILL BEING CHARGED???

it’s so annoying when you download an app and right away, “credit card information please” and you don’t even get into the app? literally be up front and not fake, it’s not “business” it’s moronic

I was looking for an app to fix ONE red eye issue and instead it became a complete scam. When you open the app, it says after a 7 day FREE trial you will be charged $25 so like most apps I tried it and it didn’t work at all. So I went into settings, iTunes Store and hit cancel subscription the very next day. However, when I checked my banking history later it had charged me!! I can’t believe this would happen. I want my money back.
