REFUND??? – Pixl: Face & Red Eye Corrector Review

I downloaded a new version on January 1st 2019 to touch up one photo from Nee Year’s Eve, and the app didn’t work. I proceeded to uninstall the app right after. On January 8th 2019 I received a $25 plus tax receipt. I UNINSTALLED THE APP WHY WM I STILL BEING CHARGED???
