This is a very good app, giving lots of control over your art. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because part of its UI is still untranslated, making the selection controls slightly harder to use at first. Aside from that, it works great!

I've been searching for an app I can create small cross stitch patterns in and this app is great! I was confused how to change the colors (double tap them), and how to zoom. but I figured it out on my iPad
