Crashes after taking update

Just took the latest update today and the game crashes upon loading. Cannot play it anymore. iPhone 8, iOS 12.0.1.

This is one of my favorite games to play! It’s really fun to play! I like how some factions are stronger and weaker against certain factions It’s something I rarely see in games. It’s pretty cool and unique. The characters are cool and I like how characters can do finishers on the last enemy. My only problems are that sometimes when I start the match the whole enemy team gets to attack first and by the time I get to attack I have only 2 characters left. Also sometimes I use a character but he gets killed and I don’t even get to attack with him and I think it should not use up a bar of stamina if the character doesn’t get to attack. Last thing is the dodging is a bit to op. I think Characters should only be allowed to dodge once or twice in a match.
Won’t load.. Crashing... no response from developers

I will rate this game a 5 when you respond to my support emails regarding the fact that ever since this afternoon the game won’t load on iPhone 10... won’t load or start.. I’ve restarted and reinstalled it twice.. love the game, and when you fix it I’ll rate it properly.

Been playing for months couldn’t log inn talk to support and nothing by the way went they write they .. it has a feeling that u are talking to a “bot” Jesus Christ u fellas need a soul or be more human man I’ll give this 1 star .... let’s see how long it takes to fix it ..

Game is, was fun..... very bug ridden, lagging and the Devs do nothing about it but to implement stupid, rent a hero bull rap, really! Fix the game first so it doesn’t keep crashing! Go somewhere else to spend your hard earned money.

Fun to play, great graphics. Gameplay can feel a little cheap at times with gifting Critical hits/rage bonuses to CPUs. Hard to make it without spending some cash, but fun nonetheless.
