Won’t load.. Crashing... no response from developers – Pirate Tales Review

I will rate this game a 5 when you respond to my support emails regarding the fact that ever since this afternoon the game won’t load on iPhone 10... won’t load or start.. I’ve restarted and reinstalled it twice.. love the game, and when you fix it I’ll rate it properly.
