Sh!t, just bought it but not working on iOS4, i should of checked the reviews first! But i have this game for my PSP, and i love it. 1 star till its fixed!

Ignore those glowing reviews in the description above; this is a terrible game! Graphics are fuzzy, not at all as shown in the previews! There is no story line, plot, or any of the features they talk about in the description. It plays clunky and slow, which makes it virtually impossible to complete levels. The pieces of pipe you need never fall when you need them, and there's no way to get rid of pipe you don't want without points deduction. It's just an exercise in frustration! Don't bother; there are a lot of better games out there, like Gas Tycoon 2, Aqueduct, Piperoller, etc.

Loved this on my DS and it translates well to the iOS. Clean graphics, smooth gameplay, and lots of additional game modes make this better than the rest. It did take a second to figure out exactly how to place a tile (I wanted to drag and drop, but all you need to do is press where you want it), and I still haven't gotten the hang of the random tile, but overall it's very enjoyable.

I love this game -it's come a long way over the years! The art is fantastic although i hope one they update this to be a universal app as the graphics dont look crisp on ipad -still looks good but a bit on the fuzzy side like most any game in 2x viewing mode on ipad -so i was expecting that. I like the some of the new additions except the attacking the pipes moments which were tedious although fortunately few and far between. Very happy with the variety and glad that the core mechanics were preserved. I've been on a pipes kick lately which happens every few years -tried some of the clones/similar pipe style games but none of em feel as good or intense -runs snappy and responsive -high quality/polish and i was really happy a classic mode in too. Also, i was suprised how good the story movie was -really good animation! My only complaint is the resolution -please make this a universal app with a higher resolution so it looks nicer on ipad! Also thank you for still supporting older versions of ios -I'm stuck on ver 4.3 so theres a lot of games i can nolonger get or play on my 1st gen ipad. Anyway great work! i can tell a lot of effort went into this game! keep the pipes series going!

I loved the computer game from the 90s so I thought I'd see if there was an app. Unfortunately it falls short in a couple of ways. It won't save my progress no matter what I do so if the app closes you have to start all over. Additionally the touch sensitivity seems off. I have no other problems in any of my other apps but this one constantly puts pipes near where I click, sometimes really messing up what I had planned. They did add some cool other modes but you have to unlock them meaning that you have to work up to that point to play them since it won't save. It shows promise but unless they fix the save issue the game is basically useless.
