This is the worst app I have ever seen. Awful functionality.Are you sure you hired technical employees to do this.

I can only see a small version of the front page. When I click on it nothing happens. I read a previous review that said you had to be subscriber to use this app. Thanks to whoever wrote it. It would be nice if the app gave me that "news."

When it works it's a good app scrolling through your paper and all text comes in eventually. Problem is it very rarely works. I have had it for 1 week and tried selecting a paper to read it acts like it is loading and then kicks me back to the main page of the app. Out of probably 60 times trying to load a paper it had only worked once. I need to get a refund on the paper immediately.

It says start browsing, I click on the paper and nothing happens. You think it's going to load or open but it just stays on the same screen that it opens with. The paper never loads. Just a small picture of the front of the paper. Click on it and it just stays on the same screen. What's the point. This is useless. Extreme disappointment.

All I can say is "wow" at how bad this app really is. I have been trying for over a week just to get access to the online subscription I have ALREADY paid for. Finally after several calls with their telephone support was I able to even sign in to my account. But, of course I can't load any editions of the paper. My next call to the Pioneer Press will be to get a refund and to cancel my subscription. You couldn't hire someone who actually knows how to write a functional app?

I am a subscriber and it still doesn't load. I would give "0" stars if it was an option.

It's hard to say whether the app is worthless, but the service certainly is. I have attempted many times to subscribe and log in, but all I get is a message saying My account must be activated. But I never receive the activation e-mail... even though it has supposedly been sent.

The application attempts to load an edition...you see the progress/status animation...then it returns to the main "accounts" page. Nothing. Nothing. Since we're not able to give zero stars, 1 star means ZERO. Terrible app. Installed for the first time. Running IOS8. Connected via wi-fi, 802.11ac so there is plenty of bandwidth. App is configured to download the entire edition each day. Waited a full 20 minutes before attempting to load the edition.

Don't subscribe to the e edition like I did. Gave up my star tribune paper subscription for this crap. 6 week e edition subscriber and I've managed to get 1 e edition so far. Calls and emails to customer service haven't helped at all either.

I had this app for a few weeks, then it stopped working; it claimed I was not authorized anymore, that I needed an activation email. I contacted tech support and got a complete idiot to repeatedly tell me that the activation email was in my spam folder. Which it was NOT. Finally, I created a new account and started over. Now I have downloaded this app multiple times and it still does not work properly. Pretends to offer all the editions, but then just dumps me back to the home screen. I could go on, but why bother...
