Problems after IOS 13.1 update
??!!Help Please

Not working well with IOS 13.1 iPad update. Stories/columns first appear, then the words disappear leaving the “box” outline of the article. Only way to get it to come back is to touch an article on the page, and somehow the words reappear. It wasn’t a problem before the update, so how about a fix please??

Nice to be able to get the content but the scrolling that jumps all over makes it almost unusable.

Older reviews have said it, but it's not been fixed. If you don't have an account to sign in, you can only view the demo 2-week-old edition, and there is no info or link to subscribe-- why should it be that hard? Do the developers or anyone at the PP user-test the app?

Mostly disappointing

I don’t understand why as a paid subscriber I get additional banner ads in the app. I was hoping by subscribing I could eliminate some of the advertising on the website and app, but that’s not the case. This is basically a glorified PDF viewer with ads running at the bottom of the screen.

Great content but scroll jumps

I really like this app. I like the content in all the stories that I have grown to love from the St. Paul Pioneer press. The only complaint I have is when tapping on a story and then scrolling down or up as I am reading it jumps and doesn’t flow smoothly. The scroll should track and follow my finger.

So difficult to read the news with the app jumping all over. I noticed that several other people made the same complaint several months ago. I’m a digital subscriber only, so if this problem isn’t fixed I’ll be canceling my subscription.

I never have issues accessing the papers and articles. Impossible to scroll through articles. While attempting to scroll, page starts jumping around. Very difficult to read whole article. Always trying to find where l left off, when intent was to scroll to last line on screen. Please fix
