Really? I have to be 18 to sign up??

Ive used pink pad since the 6th grade with no issue I’ve always liked it. But recently with the new change in the app it made me download the new version. No biggie but then It wouldn’t let me use the app without an account anymore and that’s fine so I went to sign up for one. I’m 17 and I went ahead and put in my birthday didn’t think it would have an age requirement TURNS OUT you have to be 18 to use it now and I didn’t want to go through the hassle of re downloading as it locked me out of using it so sorry pink pad but I’ll go elsewhere for period tracking.
I would give zero stars if I could.
Deleteing this app
Awful app horrible service. I had the old one and now I can’t log in to back it up and transfer to the new one. I’ve been messaging back and forth with their customer service and only hear “they are working on it” for MONTHS now. I’m assuming I’m just going to lose my years of data I have stored in this app.
You ruined a really good app

I’ve been using this app for 10 years now. It used to be a really good app that was really easy to navigate. It started going down the drain a couple years ago when the honest company bought it. As soon as they bought it, they made a bunch of changes that made the app much harder to navigate and use but I kept rolling with it cuz i had years of back up data I didn’t want to lose. Well now I’ve had to get a new phone and the app wont let me open my account and I can’t find where to import by back ups. So since I can’t get into my account or get to my back up data, I guess I’m looking for a new app.

I’ve been using this app for ages. I am not a fan of many of the changes also not a fan of how challenging it can be to save data or back it up. Even at the moment I had to wipe my phone and lost all data and now I’m starting over from scratch at least now I have it syncing to iCloud as the settings advised. Despite those things I am still giving 5 stars because of how accurate it is especially once you’ve used it for a while I have never been unprepared for aunt flow not once and when it said the flowers were blooming and I decided to play in the garden anyway. Boom my son. It’s not a perfect app but it’s perfect for me.

Tried switching from the old app to this new one. It won’t let me login. I keep getting this error: “Error parsing json from server”. I see from version history update notes this has been a problem for over a month now.
When it works it’s good but…

I also had to switch from the old app and lose all of my information, now, the app glitches upon start up and is slow with password input. When it works, it’s good, but I’m going to move on to the Flo App.

I’m going to delete your app (for a happy reason!) as I had a hysterectomy 7 weeks ago so I won’t be needing it anymore. However, I had pretty good results with your app and it had a lot of consistency prior to the big ‘H’!
