I love that I can approve the request right from the banner notification or from the lock screen without having to open the app up all the way and slide the slider bar to get the approval. Great work with the app!

Called on a weekend to ask for help, a human actually answered which was nice but then wouldn’t even try to help me. He told me to call IT at my company, which is closed, I tried reading him the error message and his response was “yeah....call your IT department” he wouldn’t even listen to me. Terrible service.

Our organization uses Cisco AnyConnect which is a very common VPN. setting it up is a horrible experience because we have to type a code “manually.” There is no way to scan a barcode and no way to log into their website to scan a code there. Give me a URL The worst part is if you get a new phone and restore from backup(the most common), the app behaves normally until it’s time to authenticate. Then it LOOKS like it works but gives a “network error” making you think all is well but there is a glitch. The network is fine. The app is shyte.

I have to use this for work, like everyone else. I love how seamless this works with my Apple Watch. I’ve used Okta, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Authenticator apps in the past and never liked them. Note that the negative reviews are NOT REVIEWING THIS APP — they are reviewing their company’s IT.

I’ve used a lot of push apps to secure web apps. This one is simply FASTER. It’s completely dummy-proof, for your end users that don’t normally endure security apps.

The title says it all. If you know where my phone is when I'm authenticating, so what? How does that improve security as your pop-up claims?

This app requires you pretty much to stand on your head to authenticate. Not user friendly at all.
