After I updated my iPhone to the latest iOS software 13.4.1, the app now locks me out saying that my device is jailbroken and does not meet policy. I even have Face ID and a passcode on my iPhone and have contacted my company’s IT department numerous times about this issue. Still nothing. Even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the software update has now made this app unusable for me :(
THIS APP IS ABSOLUTE TRASH! I CAN NOT ADD MY NEW PHONE AS A DEVICE WITHOUT THE OLD ONE! AND NOW THAT I HAVE FOUND MY OLD PHONE I CAN NOT ADD THE NEW ONE AT ALL! MY COMPANY NEEDS TO FIND SOMETHING ELSE BECAUSE THIS AINT IT!!!! AFTER A MONTH I FIND MY OLD PHONE TRY TO LOG ON TO RETRIEVE MY PAYCHECK STATEMENT ITS TELLING ME I NEED A DARN QR CODE OR WHATEVER STUPID CODE WE NEEDED WHEN I FIRST SIGN ON! SO THAT MEANS I NEED TO GO DIG UP A GRAVE TO FIND IT!!!! IF ANYONE GAVE THIS APP 5 STARS THEY MUSTVE BEEN PAID TO DO SO!
I was able to install this app without any issues. I receive my push notifications whenever I am trying to login.
Attempted to authenticate after updating this Ping app to its latest update and it does not verify or authenticate.
Had to restore my iPhone to factory settings and when I downloaded the app again it won’t let me login.
I actually find this app to be incredibly reliable. One of my devices is even running iOS 14 beta and it is perfectly stable there too.
Pairing code fails and then you’re not able to receive a second code for retries even if you un-install and then re-install the app.
I have to use this for work and I can’t believe they are forcing this garbage app on us. It’s clunky and unintuitive. It takes multiple attempts to actually get to authorize.
