I just downloaded the latest update to this app and now I cannot open it. Tapping on the icon brings up the splash screen, then it immediately closes. Tried multiple times and same results. Love pinball and the tables that this brings but now in is totally inop. I hope the developers read these comments because this needs to be fixed. I'm running on a 32G iPad with the latest system software. Please fix. I play this every day.

The data must be in by now. I am betting Pinball arcade engagement and conversions are down YoY and since update,which would be definitive evidence the new UI is a usability disaster worst step back in UI design I have ever seen. It is in fact so bad, I have stopped playing the game. I used to play every day. Not a good trend for your product. You want to know how bad the UI is? On high scores all the text is crammed together like scrabble tiles a dis completely unreadable. Great beta testing there guys and still not fixed 5 months later. The old UI wasnt perfect,but it was fun to use. This one is unusable and annoying in every way. Pretty sure they farm out their UI design to someone who has never played pinball. How else do can one explain the first pinball game in history where the player cannot use the freaking flipper buttons to enter a high score? I can barley even find tables as now the art is crammed into a circle.that this was even approved tells me you have hack for a Art Director. This looks like you farmed into a company that cares less about your customers than you should. I can't imagine how anyone thought this was a good idea. I have spent hundreds of dollars on tables and kickstarters. I used to play this everyday and I also haven't played it but a few times since the update. All indications are Farsight does not thoroughly beta test, does not understand interface design nor cares about user feed back or reviews. I also have doubts they have anyone on staff who can write code for the graphics engine. Most likely they farmed this out too. I have no other explanation for why they have not updated the game for Apple’s Metal API with real time light effects.

Update nov 14. Bugs fixed, including lighting. Upgrading to 5 stars. Love this app! Update: It is painful for me to downground this from 5 stars to 1, but until they fix the lighting it is a must. On all the tables on the Stern app, and for the first time on this one, the scoring box is MUCH too dark. It is unreadable. Without this, you dont know where to shoot. This is a known issue, and has been for at least 6 months. I was thrilled when I saw Ghostbusters was this months machine until I tried it, and almost cried. I own all 89 tables, bought on their release dates up until today. Until this is fixed, table 90 here may never be purchased. Ipad air, newest os, reported multiple times. My dissapointment actually hurts that is how much I want this fixed... This game is my obsession. The new Star Trek table is fantastic. Attack from Mars even better. I play this every night at least an hour and look forward to the next hour. But, oy with the bugs. Too many in Firepower. I caught two big ones in just my first five minutes of play. First, if you shoot the ball real soft and just barely get it into play, the camera stays pulled out and you cant play. My next game finished but never allowed mebto close it. I could hit the flippers all I wanted, but no balls in play. Had to quit game. More testing please. Finally, for you whiners that want everything free. Wait until you go into the work force. Do you want a paycheck? Well, you do realize that companies make money to pay their employees by SELLING their products, right? Two tables for five bucks is a steal. Compare it it to a sixty dollar console game. Cost per hour of play is a bargain. Farsight please ignore their comments and charge what you need to to make a decent profit so you can keep making more and more tables for us pinheads. Those complainers are not your real customers anyway.
Spanish Eyes

My main menu background is Spanish Eyes instead of Ghostbusters. So I’m pretty sure the next table is Spanish Eyes. I’m deducting the star for the Pinball Wizard song played during the main menu. It can be pretty jarring. Especially after listening to the perfectly emulated pinball machine music and sound effects. Also, the ui could definitely use some streamlining. It’s pretty clunky. Lastly, we need to be able to customize the MFi controls. We need it. Other than that, the pinball emulation is basically perfect. Lots of fun. The stuff around the machines just needs to keep evolving.
First it was the little things...

...that were always frustrating about this app: occasional glitches in gameplay, menu items and text that wouldn’t display properly, unresponsive/inconsistently responding controls when reading through game instructions. Now with iPhone X, the resolution/display issues are exacerbated so drastically that the games are unplayable. And if the length of time they have allowed those “little things” I mentioned to linger without the attention required in order for this to be a really solid app, polished through and through, I won’t hold my breath for the resolution fixes needed for it to work properly on iPhone X. Can’t give this app one star, only because the game selection and attention to detail in modeling them is second to none, and I’m sure it took many, many hours to achieve. But it sure is tempting to do so, given that an update is required for this app to even be usable again. I’ve heard excellent things about Pinball Arcade on other platforms, but on iOS, it’s always seems that this app wasn’t getting the same level of care.
Right flipper no longer works

Everything was fine until 7.7.0. As of this update, the touch zone for the right flipper is totally inconsistent, rendering absolutely every game I’ve tried unplayable.
Love it but can't play. Crashes.

Love the game but lately it crashes immediately after launching a ball on any table on iPad 4. Updated and iPad works fine otherwise. I have bought tables and packs and would buy more tables including the new GB but I'll wait till it works again.

This pinball is better then zen pinball 10000% not that I played zen cause I never have never will. But I do have a few problems with the app like the pinball table jackpot I go to play it it seems to go to the jackpot pinball table screen after that it automatically force closes my pinball arcade app it only does it on jackpot and I think one or two others is that a bug you guys are trying to fix so for me basically jackpot is unplayable cause I can’t open it without the app force closing every time I go to play it. Also quick question how many pinball tables can this app hold I see your up to about 120 125 pinball tables how many can this app hold 500 maybe I’m just curious I would love to see you guys release your 200 pinball table on this app in 2018 hopefully you reach 200 tables but I’d really love to see 500 pinball tables here. Thanks again for such a great pinball table app I love it best app of them all. PS I know this is a long stretch and a odd pinball table request but any chance you guys could look into getting the wheel of fortune pinball table based on the TV game show I played it and fell in love with it I think pinball freaks alike will love it too.
