I got this app, Pill Reminder, 10 days ago. I like to hold off on giving any app a rating until I’ve had a chance to find the good the bad and the ugly ?. I have been struggling with remembering to take my medication. Probably because I don’t like taking it but know I need to. On the advice of my doctor I decided to start looking into an app that would remind me what to take and when. And I found tons of them – some too simple with not enough features; some that you need a masters degree to run and track EVERYTHING you think & do. But like the story of goldilocks, some are two big some too small, but this app fits my needs just right. Let’s face it, I’m a mess! I have 12 different meds that I have to take daily at different times. This app reminds me of all of it - what to take, when to take it, and bugs the crap out of me if I miss a dose. Until I take it and tell it that I’m done!!! It’s annoying, but effective and really that’s what I needed. I do like the idea that as I become more used to taking medication regularly I’ll be able to adjust the number of reminders so it’s not irritating. But irritating is a good thing when you’re first starting out and trying to establish a habit. Sad but true. I love the fact that I can put in to the system medication with dosages and it will tell me when to refill them. No more running to my pharmacist The day after I run out and having an emergency. Also since I’m on disability, it’s really nice to be able to know when I’m going to run out so that I can know when I have to budget for my meds. Oh, and if I am a bad boy and miss her dosage, it doesn’t give me crap about it and it re-figures the refill date automatically. I don’t even have to do math anymore. I like the idea of that it keeps all the records so that I can print it out and take it into my doctor with actual proof of what I’ve done, not just telling him “I think I took of them“. Also, I enjoy the fact that I can put in medications that are taken on an As-Needed basis. If I have to take something over the counter or prescription that is not a regular daily med, it adds it into that day and tracks at too. This is going to be great for that persnickety Doctor who wants to know exactly how much Tylenol I am taking along with his fancy medication. You’ll notice at the top that I score this a 4.9, that was a little bit of a joke. I love the app, but I found one thing that needed improvement. But based on the quick response I got to my last question from c/s, I wouldn’t be shocked to see this fixed in a future update. As said by others, this is the best two bucks I’ve ever spent. Thank you for your app. Robert F Sacramento, CA USA

I'm still setting it up but I really like this app already. I have a request- You should add highlight colors to the "DAY" list. The list is long when you have this 3xday and that 4xday it makes my eyes go buggy trying to read through it.

This app is the best I have found of the dozen I have tried. It has most of what one needs in a medication reminder app. The biggest things that this app still need are: a rolling reminder, so when one has a med that is taken on a semi schedule, and isn’t taken on the first time or two it could be taken, the app reminds you that said med hasn’t been taken, and doesn’t let said reminder fall off your list; and when a med needs to have its schedule changed, the app should continue keeping track of all dates when said med was taken, rather than deleting all past darta and making one have to imput a new schedule for any miner changes. A 3rd thing is that the ux is

I was prescribed a few medications that were hard to keep track of. This app reminded me at the exact times I needed and let me fill in information about each medication. User friendly too! Would definitely recommend.

The app is great bu has one important flaw: there are no alarms, just short notifications

Really feel this is the best app in the store for keeping track of medications. My only slight complaint is why do you have to lose medication dose history every time you make a time change to the dose
