Do not use real money or fingerprint for this game!

Will double charge with no fixes, no refunds, etc. game glitches so much sometimes that it’s impossible to play. And you will wait forever for customer service to respond, if they ever decide to. Fun game but make sure you’re careful with having real cards attached
Was good at first

This game was amazing at first. Now I can’t seem to complete a city over multiple days. The prices to build are way too high, with no higher chance to gain more money. Also, every time I go out of my game and come back my buildings have lost progress and they were not attacked. It’s nearly impossible to complete a city anymore. I will be deleting this game as it’s no longer fun to play.

Great game lots of fun at first, you get tons of dice coins and food your able to build city’s and move on but as get up in building your city’s your rewards become far and between that’s where you begin to win barely nothing including food, dice and coins very hard to gain. You win more stickers than anything else that you can’t do anything with. I have at least 10 cards that I just need one more to complete my set and I have yet to win to gain my reward. Yet I keep winning multiple cards that I don’t need very irritating and it’s a shame that the developers of this game made that in order for you to move forward with building your city’s you have to spend money and even than if someone comes in and destroy your city your back to square one if your willing to spend money than this game is for you.

I would’ve give a five star, but I purchased the VIP daily, regular daily and the $9.99 rubies to buy dice, got charged but it never gave me what I purchased. I contacted them through the contact us quite a few times and nothing! Fix your bugs and the game. Then maybe I will change my rating. My gamer ID is 3197249

Fun game...until you get to that point when you use the 50 dice you acquire to rebuild your city. Either they need to remove the 50 dice max or limit the number of times you can be attacked or robbed while you’re not online. I am uninstalling and not wasting my time.

I love playing this game, but it is so aggravating when I get to play for a couple of minutes then my games closes. I have to reload it several of times. And, it’s just not worth it . I don’t want to delete the game but if it keeps closing every couple of minutes then I am going to. I would rather that y’all fix it. I have seen other players mention on the game that they are having same problem! Please do something.

Some sort of glitch took me all the way back to the beginning, lost all my completed countries, dice, friends......not happy and have stopped playing the game all together
