Not good politics to take our money and not give us what we paid for!

Look on the Facebook page and read all the comments about not getting our shields when landing on the shield tile, not having the VIP status and the extra rewards we paid 4.99 plus tax per week!! I sent a message to customer support, however no response! I canceled my subscription and will not pay for a product that they aren’t going to give me! It’s not cool to take our money like that!

Paid for VIP and it doesn’t work. Dice disappeared - changed screen to but property or visit clan and almost all of the dice I had remaining disappeared . Got dice from clan, but they never showed up when I returned to the game board. Constantly robbed. Shields disappeared without being attacked. Contacted support and received no response.
Fun game but....

I enjoy playing this game. I would have given a 5 star rating but it crashes frequently. Developer, please fix this issue and I will change my rating :)

Ever since the new update I’m not getting my VIP rewards but I’m getting charged for it... so I cancelled it and I want a refund because it’s not right to take money and not give what you are promoting smh... not to mention I emailed support and no response whatsoever but yet you taking my money smh

This is overall a fun game but the amount of pop ups that come up when you open the app are annoying. I deleted it the app because of this.
Lost all levels
