I did not sign up for a yearly fee. Now I cannot get rid of it until next December. I cannot afford it. How do I get my money back?

I just downloaded this app because a friend recommended it but as soon as I tried to save an edited picture I was forced to get a free trial with no way to exit out of it, so the services must not be free. That’s disappointing and I deleted the app immediately.

I finally was able to use the app and I liked it so far but when it came to trying to download a sticker for a cute collage it keeps on freezing up and kicking me out! It happened three times now and I unstalled and reinstalled the app two times and it asked me for a trial again when I already signed up for it! FIX IT!!!

Just edited a picture, trying to turn it horizontally... the app had cutted my pic, and I didn’t ask for it... It should do only what was requested... needs to improve yet
