Keeps kicking me out!! – Piczoo-Photo Edit,Pic Collage Review

I finally was able to use the app and I liked it so far but when it came to trying to download a sticker for a cute collage it keeps on freezing up and kicking me out! It happened three times now and I unstalled and reinstalled the app two times and it asked me for a trial again when I already signed up for it! FIX IT!!!
