Picup can also be used as a stand-alone file uploader to services like imgur.com and Dropbox.
The app just launches to a blank history screen with no buttons visible. Currently useless in this state.
Whatever you changed... This version does not generate URL of uploaded pics. You HAD a great Ap. now it's worthless. Better fix.
Not sure which features other people are having issues with, but it took all of two minutes for me to upload an image from my photo library to imgur, at which point I got my URL (and a button to click which brings up a "copy to clipboard" option, which worked perfectly. Awesome free app! Thank you.
not really sure what went wrong with what was such a simple app, (and by all means, the technical info is nice) but now pure functionality and a user-friendly interface has been replaced with complicated and complex. it took me several tries of clicking through a good twenty menus, uploading and re-uploading images to finally get a remote link. i've no idea what went wrong, and i definitely didn't do anything out of the ordinary. i don't even know what i did - if anything - to make the sixth upload link finally show. this needs to be fixed, otherwise i simply won't be able to use (much less WANT to use) the app.
The app crashes mid-upload. The file that was being uploaded may or may not be available after the crash in the history list to retry. The process for selecting multiple photos to upload is cumbersome and takes more taps and repetitive screens than necessary. Multiple photos can't be grouped in an album - you can only get individual links to the photos. The app does not support imgur accounts - only anonymous uploads are supported (or at least it is not evident how to sign in with your own imgur account). There is a fancy animation of the upload process that adds no value to the upload itself - one wishes that the developer dogfooded the app and ironed out the bugs instead of focussing on eye candy.
About time. Easy to use. Took 2 tries but I got it to work. Cool idea. I use the accessibility shortcut, so this is perfect. 5x4 !!!!!
Good app but it randomly rotates the uploaded image. Sometimes it does and sometime it doesn't. The thumbnails always have the correct orientation, but the actual link is rotated sideways. Very frustrating.
