It’s a great app, I use it for memes I make all the time, however, DO NOT pay for creating the videos. Whenever I try to do that it tells me “videos only” when I am selecting a video. The app is well worth it if you are just going to use it for photos, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it.

It slices, it diced, it does almost anything that can be done with both GIFs and videos. It will combine, convert, scale, colorize, apply text, etc. and it will do it well. Love it!
