Yes the app was fine at first, I didn’t even have any problems and I was just running the free trial. Then it started charging me after I delete the account. The main problem is I don’t even think it canceled my subscription. I’m on a apple phone and there’s no button for canceling it.

It needs to have its title changed. 11 hours ago pics art support “PicsArt is a free app” It is not free. It asks for you to pay premium in order to save your pictures. It wasted my time so I’m warning others not to do the same. It would be helpful if the creators did too instead of baiting people ?
From a 5 star to a 2, real quick.

I’ve been a premium member of PicsArt for years now, as this is the ONLY app I felt was actually worth spending money on.: but I’ve since canceled my gold membership, because I’ve lost so many of my best projects that I just didn’t have the patience to recreate after your app froze and crashed.. sometimes I don’t remember to save in between added graphics sorry, I’m in the creative flow- and especially as someone paying for something that’s offered free in a lot of other apps, I shouldn’t have to remember to interrupt my inspired creation to save it.: it should auto save, at the very least.. like a relationship that’s ended too soon, my heart aches for all the art that’s been lost to the virtual graveyard for unsaved data. Lol I love your app’s capabilities and how much variety you offer, yinz have one of the best selections of editing resources, HOWEVER, this is a veryy significant however: every time I start a project, it crashes and I lose everything at least once. Do you know how frustrating that is?? That fact alone is enough to drop your apps rating from a 5 star to a 2. And this has been happening since I first downloaded years ago. Imagine how many pieces I’d have if I hadn’t lost them? Ouch, that stings lol. For real. Another suggestion; give us the option to add and separately edit multiple photos.. for example; when I have like 6 pictures within the same ‘group’ that I don’t want to make a collage of, but I have to at least put a Filter on each of them, I can’t ‘multi-edit’ so I have to go through each one, put on the same filter as the last, save it, and reopen another.. and with how much the app lags, it takes foreverrrr. If you could find a solution that makes those kind of tasks more time efficient, I would eagerly become a gold member again.. cuz I’ve been missing all the filter options and the bend tool! But I won’t let myself pay for an app that just loses my artwork all Willy nilly like that.. Another suggestion; give us the option to upload our own fonts.- premium of course as that’s an awesome tool that canva. And a ‘merge’ button would prove useful. Thanks for having an awesome editor, sorry I had to write this, but I just lost another really elaborate piece and I’m like this close ?? to tears lol. -shooting_starley

This is a great app, you can socialize with others, create what you want to, and compete in Competitions where you creat certain things. My only problem with this is that when I am making something most of the time when I press the go back button it take forever to load and I have to wait until it allows me to continue the project

This app gets the job done. It has the best cutout tool I have seen, has a crap ton of stickers, frames, live generated music, video editing features, gives unlimited previews of Gold features without purchase (to check if those features are worth it), has tons of effects, green screen tools, color replacement, and much more. The layout when editing is flawless and there are no crashes. The $50 a year for Gold would 100% be worth it if I had the money, however the amount of great free tools makes it almost obsolete! PicsArt is great! A request I have for the devs would be the addition of a heal tool (there is one similar called blemish) however this tool would be more similar to the “Spot Heal” tool from Adobe Photoshop Fix. Also, a great addition to this app would be the Fill tool in the drawing tab (this fills empty space distinguished by color). Lastly, shapes are unable to be moved or changed after they have been drawn in with the shape drawing tool and then un-selected. It would be great if the ability to drag these shapes around was added.
