From a 5 star to a 2, real quick. – Picsart AI Photo Video Editor Review

I’ve been a premium member of PicsArt for years now, as this is the ONLY app I felt was actually worth spending money on.: but I’ve since canceled my gold membership, because I’ve lost so many of my best projects that I just didn’t have the patience to recreate after your app froze and crashed.. sometimes I don’t remember to save in between added graphics sorry, I’m in the creative flow- and especially as someone paying for something that’s offered free in a lot of other apps, I shouldn’t have to remember to interrupt my inspired creation to save it.: it should auto save, at the very least.. like a relationship that’s ended too soon, my heart aches for all the art that’s been lost to the virtual graveyard for unsaved data. Lol I love your app’s capabilities and how much variety you offer, yinz have one of the best selections of editing resources, HOWEVER, this is a veryy significant however: every time I start a project, it crashes and I lose everything at least once. Do you know how frustrating that is?? That fact alone is enough to drop your apps rating from a 5 star to a 2. And this has been happening since I first downloaded years ago. Imagine how many pieces I’d have if I hadn’t lost them? Ouch, that stings lol. For real. Another suggestion; give us the option to add and separately edit multiple photos.. for example; when I have like 6 pictures within the same ‘group’ that I don’t want to make a collage of, but I have to at least put a Filter on each of them, I can’t ‘multi-edit’ so I have to go through each one, put on the same filter as the last, save it, and reopen another.. and with how much the app lags, it takes foreverrrr. If you could find a solution that makes those kind of tasks more time efficient, I would eagerly become a gold member again.. cuz I’ve been missing all the filter options and the bend tool! But I won’t let myself pay for an app that just loses my artwork all Willy nilly like that.. Another suggestion; give us the option to upload our own fonts.- premium of course as that’s an awesome tool that canva. And a ‘merge’ button would prove useful. Thanks for having an awesome editor, sorry I had to write this, but I just lost another really elaborate piece and I’m like this close ?? to tears lol. -shooting_starley
