The latest update to the app is really well done. The process of creating an order is less finicky. Everything looks better too. I'm no designer and genuinely who cares what I think, but feel like the new app icon could do more with that pickle. Like it's fine. Imagining how the Messages icon looks (green with white cutout) tho… what if the Pickleman's app was just a pickle-green with a white cutout of the pickle. Just a thought, I really dgaf I love Pickleman's!

It has a good interface, makes it clear what you're ordering, and whether you want pickup or delivery. One of the better apps for delivery out there. The one issue I've had - and this is more an annoyance than a straight up functionality thing - is that for my home address, I have to enter it new every time. It will save it as a new location profile but then says there's no store associated with that address. Once I put it in and *don't* save the address, it works fine. So... still get lunch, just can't use the saved profile feature for home. Don't have this issue with my saved work profile, so that's a dream!

Great food only thing would be nice is a bigger selection of soups otherwise thanks for feeding me at work ?? Also maybe a loyalty card or something would be cool for frequent customers.

For the 2nd time in a week, the app has "lost" the item customization information in transmitting to the store! The manager at the store says that even HE knows it does this. He told me that if I wanted my food to be made correctly that I should NEVER use the app and to call my order in. Your app is useless. Fix it.

The app is clunky, but does allow you to specify customizations and submit an order. The summary screen at the end mixes up the rows, so it's a bit cryptic. After I ordered, I got a pop-up that said it sent successfully and that I would receive an email momentarily. My food was ready when I got to the store 15 minutes later, but my confirmation email didn't come until 48 hours after I ordered!
