Great food & okay app

The food is superb but a remodel couldn't hurt. The look of the app and navigating it is a bit old? I request extra bread on the app but when I get my food and receipt, the bread isn't listed on paper but it's listed online. I'm pretty sure you get charged for extra bread too.

We love ordering from the O'Fallon location. They are fast and have NEVER messed up any order, no matter the size!!

Pickleman’s has always had great food, but the previous version of their app was slow and buggy. No longer: the new version is fast and easy to use.

When I get my delivery there always something missing. No meat, no drink. I noticed that it. One from trying to add things on like meat on grilled cheese, then I would end up receiving only grilled cheese. This has happened SEVERAL TIMES! It’s very frustrating I don’t think I’ll be purchasing from them anymore.

If you get food from Pickleman’s at all, and you should, this app is a must. Simple to use. Never any confusion. Order is correct 100% of the time, in our experience, and man are they fast. Absolutely awesome!
