Wow

Spent hours trying to get my iPhone ate to transfer pictures to my computer – redid iTunes over and over change the drivers – this was so much easier – wish I found it in the beginning – works great

Works absolutely great. Transfers photos and videos to our desktop Macs or our iPhone and iPads. Love it.

Auto-Upload to Smugmug not consistent

JonnyFoosball

I have it set to auto upload to smugmug when connected to wifi, but it very rarely does so. Not sure what to do to make it more reliable.

PhotoSync Review

I am very impressed with the speed at which it copies files. I had over 10,000 files to copy and it completed in under an hour. Also the utility copies the file creation date which is something most utilities are lacking. It is simple to use and met all my needs. Thank you

Best app of its kind

chester_of_tortuga

It’s not tied to a singular photo sharing ecosystem. Can upload in so many ways. Ideal if you want to upload those pics/movies onto a home server. Nothing makes it as easy as this app does. I’ve looked and tried several other options. I have yet to see something with the right amount of customization that this app does. Once it’s setup, it’s basically a set and forget. This is the killer app for easily getting photos and videos off your phone and over to storage that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Fantastic.

Still.....Day after day, now, year after year... A workhorse app for our family.

Support needed to upload HEIC pictures for Google Photos

Alphad77

Google Photos now natively supports HEIC photos. However, PhotoSync transcodes to JPEGs when sending to Google Photos. This setting is hard coded and not user changeable. Please allow uploading of HEIC to Google Photos.

Been great to me until recently

Mikesungold

I’ve used this for years with little issue but lately it has not been as good as it has been. For a while it wasn’t properly identifying the “new” photos that hadn’t been uploaded to another device yet. It seems better now, but I’ve recently noticed that it is transferring a lot of my photos to a computer oriented side ways the wrong way. It doesn’t do this to all photos but many and I can verify that they are not the same orientation on my phone from where they came. I don’t want to have to reorient them right side up.
