When trying to setup a smb and assigning the folder via PhotoSync, the action crashes the app.

App is working way better than when I first downloaded it. The transfer speed of photos has been upgraded it took about 2 minutes to transfer 506 photos. Awesome. Keep up the good work PhotoSync

After trying to get the iCloud app to make friends with my Windows PC, in order to empty pictures out of the cloud, I downloaded this app. After you download, then the app has you go to a website, and you download a companion app for your PC. I had trouble the first try, getting it to find my IP address, and found I needed to go back to the first app Ion my phone, and do a couple of set up steps you see when you open the phone app. Then it worked.... all 400 pics, even the big ones moved into my Windows photos still in date order! Went hiking yesterday, did it again this morning, turn on computer, find the app 3 button pushes and they are in your computer before the coffee is done. Thanks developers!

Awesome

I have been using this app for about 6 months and absolutely love it! This has made pairing my tablet and phone to my computer and transferring my photos so easy. I tried another one and it was such a pain. So happy I found Photo Sync!

PhotoSync does just what its name says

With a couple of iPads and iPhones I end up with lots of photos. Once you’ve got your devices on the same network PhotoSynch identifies the new images and movies and transfers them to a destination quickly.

Perfect!

Tried using Dropbox but kept running into storage limits and slow upload speeds. This auto-syncs every time I get home using geofencing over my LAN. I couldn’t be happier!

Update - June 2019 Still pleased with this app. Works well & as Advertised

Update - June 2019 Still very pleased with this app. Easy to use and flexible.Works well & as Advertised Update - June 2015 I continue to be very pleased with PhotoSync. For a brief moment I thought that Apple's AirDrop would replace PhotoSync but I quickly realized that I was wrong. PhotoSync is thoughtfully designed for the transfer of multiple images & videos. Update - may, 2015 still very satisfied with PhotoSync. Now I'm using it with both an IPhone and iPad. _______________________ Update for v. 2.2.4 Still using and liking PhotoSync. Syncing with my MBP works flawlessly. Still very happy with the app. Update 1 year later: I'm still very pleased with PhotoSync. It woks smoothly and consistently. ------------------- I do most of my syncing via Dropbox and PhotoSync works like a charm. When I do uploads I usually upload a combination of 40 to 50 images and movies. One does have to be patient during the uploading process especially if movies are being uploaded. I sometimes have trouble using PhotoSync with my MacPowerbook but I'm pretty sure that's due to some issues with my LAN rather than PhotoSync. (If you do have trouble syncing with your computer via a LAN, double heck to see if any other file sharing apps ave the same problem.) While I've mentioned a couple of things to take note of, I am very satisfied with the app. I'm very glad I bought it.

Totally awesome

Works great. Godsend since the idiots at Apple decided to no longer support photo/video sync inside iPhoto.
