This app really does help and give you a step by step explanation on your problem. You present a problem and they will work it out and most importantly show you how! This app has cleared up my confusion in geometry! The only downside is paying when you are out of credits
Great app but..
good game, some complaints
This in general is a great app, but I happened to get a not so great tutor. I was seeking help with a problem on my homework, so I got a tutor session. The tutor I received taught me it wrong, which I later learned in class when I got a B. Some of my friends use this app as well and it hasn't happened to them, so I guess it's just the luck of the draw.

At first great but sometimes “experts” leave the problem right after they get it and don’t answer it at all and it won’t let you take a picture of the problem and ask again until he gives you the answer which is a complete waste of time. And finally when the app realizes it refunds you the credit which is stupid. They should at least give an extra credit when they mess up like this.

This app is really good but I hate how the prices are so high. I am a broke online high school student trying to get help.
Connectivity Issue

Recently, there is something wrong with the app. I post my question and find for an expert, it asked me if I agree to not share any personal information. I chose 'yes' and then waiting really long without any response from the expert. Finally a 'slice' pop up and says the expert have a conectivity issue. It does not happens once but 6-7 times and I still have not recieved a solution to my quiz for almost 2 days. At some other times (twice) an expert took my quiz and says my photo is not clear! (While acutally the photo was so clear that I can even see some dust on it!) I don't know if my quiz was that hard so they keep reasoning or because of the app. Deadline is coming and I desperately need a solution for the quiz.

I wish we could At LEAST get a free pass. I have a lot of problems with my math. I only got one!!!! Now if my teacher can’t stay and help me, then, I won’t get my homework done right. I’m so sorry for this inconvenience, but please do something better about it. Thank you.
