This used to be a good app, the people on here don’t help me at all and they don’t answer the question completely. I just get left confused and with no answer.

I asked a question, and it seems the screen is frozen. No keyboard or anything. I’ve used this app before and have encountered the same problem again.

This app has helped me a lot with challenging homework that would have taken hours without this magnificent app! I enjoy receiving professional help without having to spend so much money. The only thing that I don’t like very much is how you only get one session every once in a while, and if you need more, you have to pay. I would change the session refill time or give more free sessions in a period of time. That is my advice to make this app even more enjoyable.

I got this app last minute before a final and had 30 questions due in the morning and I logged in and all I had to do was take a picture of my problem and then it instantly found me an expert to help me. In less than 10 minutes it helped me figure it out. It asked if I understood and if not it reexplained and helped and slowed down. It showed me step by step how to solve my problem. I remembered exactly how to do it with this app and now I’m not even worried about my test.

The app is really helpful but you have to use those coins to be able to use an expert in when you run out of those then how do you get help. I feel like it should help you whenever you need it but instead it makes you buy it which I don’t think is helpful because what if you don’t have money to pay for it or something like that.

I love he idea of this app because I’m currently taking algebra 2 so whenever I don’t know how to solve a problem I just send it in. Here’s the issue though. First of all I get the monthly plan because I’m using his app all the time but that’s like and extra $10 I’m spending plus 0.99 cents I pay for every problem I submit. THAT IS WAY TOO MUCH FOR ONE PROBLEM. Remove the monthly plan and make all problems 0.99 cents otherwise that’s just asking for too much. My friends all said they would use your app if each problem wasn’t originally like $3. Also every time and I mean EVERY TIME I submit a problem it takes them 15 minutes to start and then the app is like sorry bad connection. HOW IS THERE BAD CONNECTION EVERY TIME! Like I’m trying to do homework and let’s say I need help with only three problems that’s $3 plus the $10 for the month then if I’m waiting 15 minutes for each problem to start that’s 45 minutes plus the 10 minutes it takes to complete the problem THAT IS ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES FOR EVERY PROBLEM! Please get ur app together or I’m going to stop using it and find something else because this is absurd!
