I bought this app and it did what it needed to do slowly I will add. However after about 25 pictures were loaded my iPad photo app would go black then back to the home screen without showing any of the photos.

With version 2.2, this app fills the gap that left it behind iPics: we can now upload to a specific album on Picasa instead of the dropbox. It still doesn't display the contents of the web album (which iPics does - imperfectly), and it doesn't allow for captioning (which iPics forces, thus slowing uploading to 1 pic at a time), and unlike iPics it doesn't have a way to create a new web album, but for moving 20 or 30 shots camera -> iPad -> Picasa -> eyes of your friends in 5 minutes, it's ideal. Note that v.2.2 also includes the functionality to move pix between iPad and computer iTunelessly (using the cumbersome IP-addy interface for Windows computers) and thereby takes over for another app I had bought. A good app that's gotten a whole lot better.

Facebook upload appears to work but I bought this for Picasa and it fails every time...

I wasn't able to upload photos on Facebook, but I saw this app & figured for .99 cents why not? This really works well. I can upload as many as I'd like--not just 1 at a time. It can be a little clunky at times (asking me to sign in to facebook after I've signed in already). This is definitely worth it and easy to use.

I thought this App sounded pretty cool. Wifi photo transfers to a connected computer are really quick. FaceBook too. Between wireless devices like an iPhone 4, not so much. That never worked.
