Over charged, misleading

My 2 orders of 10 pics each were supposed to come out free as I followed T-Mobile Tuesday promotion, downloaded the app for me and my husband and as I placed orders they were showing the total 0 , but then I got and email that one of them came out not free, so I have tried to use my promotional coupon again since it didn’t go through the first time but it did the same thing showed that it’s free while placing order and then I got email that I will be charged. Please take a look into it , it is very upsetting that I spent so much time trying to download the app and add features to my phone like payment method and spent time picking pictures but now I’m getting charged for both orders which were supposed to be free . I m not going to try and place order again as it is so confusing.

The colors are awful. I got free prints and they are not even worth the paper they are printed on. Not to mention the app doesn’t show you any of your orders.

Only problem I had was that it didn’t save my changes. It said I had 1 6x6 photo that would print even tho I changed it to a 4x7. We will see how it prints.

Misleading Promotion + No Customer Support

I downloaded the app to take advantage of the T-Mobile Tuesdays promotion. Once downloaded, I received a pop-up acknowledging 10 prints free. After placing the order, I received a confirmation email showing a charge for the 10 pics. I emailed their customer support 3 times and with no response. I also went to pick up the photos and confirmed they had a charge. Terrible support, never using again.

The picture quality was terrible with blue streaks and lighting was washed out compared to the same print I had done one week prior through in store prints. Plus the coupon didn't go through and I was charged full price. Won't use this again.
