After spending an hour and a half selecting photos to print, the app keep closing on me and will not place the order.

It doesn't matter if im in Florida or Ohio. I choose my pictures from my I phone after i open the free app. Choose from a very easy to understand and simple to use app. You can scroll each photo and crop it, rotate it size you want! Im 56 years old not a huge IT tecno guy. Photos are great quality at a nice and fair price. I love it. Ps they even e mail when your photos are ready! No credit card asked for. No hassles . Had to travel

Unfortunately the CVS bear me was not working and I had to travel to pick them up.
Good prints BUT.....

My prints came out very nicely but it took any days to get a notice that they were ready. Once I got to the store, they couldn’t find my prints and sent me in my merry way. The prints WERE there but they didn’t have my first or last name correct. I was going to make a gift from the prints but got them 6 days too late.
